Please consult the Event Map for general locations.

In addition to various booths that may have food available, a number of popular area Food Trucks will be onsite to satisfy your hunger!
If you wish to have a booth space, the cost for 2024 is $40 for an indoor booth, $40 for an outdoor booth.
For car show participants, there is no cost. In fact, the first 20 registrants will receive a free lunch from our onsite Food Trucks!

Car Show
Please consult the Event Map for general locations.

We’re going classless, since we’re not having a competition, just an Exhibition. If it has a motor, we want you to bring it! Classic, Antique, Street Rod, Drag, Custom, Motorcycles… ANYTHING with a motor!
Registration forms for the car show are found on the Registration Forms page. You can fill these out and email them ahead of time, or bring them with you on the setup day (typically the day of the event).
Forms will also be available at the gate. Payment (if required, see COSTS FAQ) is tendered at this time.
Silent Auction
At the Silent Auction sign-up table, staff will take your information and assign you a ‘bidder number’. Then, as you find items you’d like to bid on, you simply write your bidder number on the sheet along with the amount of your bid.
You can see what others have bid on an item, but not who bid on it. (Unless you’ve guessed their number, of course!)
Once the Silent Auction ends, winners will be contacted after all items have been tabulated and recorded. You can also hang around the Silent Auction area at the end!
Items and services have been donated by the community to be auctioned off. Rather than having an auctioneer, all items are on display with a sheet listing bids that have been placed. If you wish to bid on an item, you sign up for a bidder number, then simply write your bidder number and the amount of your bid on the sheet for that item. At the end of the event, the highest bid wins!
It’s important to know that Autumnfest (and the Silent Auction) are fundraisers for NCS, so we’d love it if items sold for more than their retail value!
Once the Silent Auction has ended and all items have been tabulated, we’ll contact the winners to arrange pickup. If you’re still onsite, you’re welcome to take the item home with you then!
Volunteers
We have multiple areas where we can use help each year! From parking lot and traffic directors, to registration booth staff, to general helpers on the the day(s) of Autumnfest… lots of people are needed! If you’d like to help, please contact us to see where you might fit in!
